What we did

Space planning with a high level of specifications, particularly around security and sound-proofing in a modern, clean and functional style yet located in Africa.

Accent details include red Duco panels, with cut out stainless steel signage, which clad the reception wall while a distinctive artwork by Uruguay artist Rodrigo Zorrilla, floating on a backlit painted screen adds interest to the waiting area.

The firm’s corporate red colour carries through into the office’s pause area, which features bench seating around a high counter and accent pendant lights.

The 20-seater main boardroom features eye-catching fabric and walnut wood panels and a modular table. The room, which comes fully equipped, can be reconfigured through moving its stackable doors.

All offices are specially sound-proofed to ensure discretion and confidentiality and the office comes equipped with a a special sleeping pod, featuring ceramic tiles with timber inserts to enhance warmth to cater for overseas visitors or late working attorneys.
