Well established international financial services company required additional office and public interface areas.
Approximately 1000 metres of bespoke office space spanning ground and first floor and a combination of public interface and open plan offices.
Accepting a full interior architecture role, encompassing finishes, furniture and full fit out, we created a modern yet classical style for the offices which comprise an open plan office for a subsidiary company, Merchant Capital, as well as a boardroom, private dining room and client interface areas.
A scrabble game inspired wall offsets the clean understated lines of the furnishings in the open plan office, while the client interface areas vary from the minimalist to cozy and relaxed, like the gentleman’s club inspired Map room, with tartan wallpaper, plush couches and a warm fireplace.
Meanwhile the classic styling of the reception area and the French bistro-style canteen is offset by the stark raw wood staircase and outside deck.
