The global systems integrator and managed services provider had moved into its Johannesburg headquarters more than 15 years ago. The building and its interiors were in their original move-in state and required a design refresh.
The company requested a strip out and complete remodeling of interiors including the CEO’s executive suite as well as other top management offices.

Attuned to our reputation for creating bespoke interior design solutions which allow companies to not only showcase their brands and culture but also amplifying efficiency, our process commenced with a thorough investigation of the company’s needs through interviews with key management.
Reflecting Dimension Data’s standing as South Africa’s premier technology company, we introduced a style which was welcoming while still contemporary – with an underlying industrial edge.
This carried through in the scope of work which encompassed space planning, interior architecture and design including furnishings, joinery and fit out.
The offices are cellular, with administrative staff supported through a semi-private open plan space.
Multi-sided Beachwood wall units added character and warmth to open spaces while reducing clutter through its storage space.
The wood theme continued with wall panels and flooring details, evoking a sense of home.
Carefully selected artworks, including a dynamic piece by feted South African artist Blessing Ngobeni, infused the space with individuality.
Meanwhile, we introduced a new way of working into the environment through the inclusion of more collaborative, flexible spaces to inspire more open thinking – an innovation which has proven particularly successful in the offices.
