What we did

Created a streamlined office environment to encourage productivity, innovation and collaboration.

Imperatively, even though the company’s new offices are significantly reduced in size, the end result is a more spacious and thoughtfully designed workspace, providing ample workstations and meeting rooms along with introducing interactive collaborative spaces to encourage staff to connect for internal meetings as well as to meet clients.

With a colour scheme of petrol blue and silver evoking a contemporary aesthetic, a faceted pattern design which punctuates walls in the space creates interest while pockets of greenery usher in tranquillity.

Recognising that in a constantly evolving office environment, there is no need for designated offices, the scheme includes only four cellular offices, which are used on an ad hoc basis, while five managerial pods form part of the open-plan design.

The call centre, training centre and canteen form part of the ground floor of the scheme, while business support, including finance, human capital and IT services are located on the next floor.

Meanwhile, striking canopied tepee-like structures make the most of the spacious central area which forms part of the office, creating intimate spaces within the massive volume for meetings and spontaneous gatherings.
